You can report a smoking offence online, including smoking in a taxi or failing to put up a no smoking sign. You’ll need the:
- postcode of the premises where the incident took place
- date and time of the incident
What happens next
Once you’ve reported a smoking offence, we:
- will investigate your report
- may issue a Fixed Penalty Notice
