Report a smoking offence

You can report a smoking offence online, including smoking in a taxi or failing to put up a no smoking sign. You’ll need the:

• postcode of the premises where the incident took place
• date and time of the incident

What happens next

Once you’ve reported a smoking offence, we:

• will investigate your report
• may issue a Fixed Penalty Notice
