Pay for a licence
Use this service if you’ve applied for a licence to board cats and dogs and you’ve received an invoice following your premises inspection.
The fee you’ll pay depends on the risk rating your premises received during its inspection. You'll pay:
- £212 if you received a 1 or 2 star rating
- £352 if you received a 3 or 4 star rating
- £494 if you received a 5 star rating
Before you get started
To pay your invoice, you’ll need:
- your invoice reference number
- a debit or credit card
To pay your invoice, you'll need to call our Customer Service Team on 01795 417850.
What happens next
Once you’ve paid your invoice, we’ll issue your licence within 14 working days.
