Guidance on sending us supporting documents

Use this service if you've made a claim for Housing Benefit or Council Tax Support and we've asked you to send us additional supporting information.

You should allow up to 22 days for us to process your claim if we've asked for extra information.

Please include your benefit claim reference number in your email or have it available when you drop your document into us.
