You may be able to get help towards keeping your home warm, including if you’re receiving certain types of benefits or you have a health condition which is affected by living in cold conditions.
If you’re struggling to pay for your energy
You may be able to get help from your energy supplier if you’re struggling to pay your energy bills.

Other support
We may be able to refer you for extra support if you haven’t previously qualified for help under benefit-based schemes and you’re:
- in fuel poverty
- on a low income
- vulnerable because of a health condition which is affected by cold living conditions
