Winter Warmth Grant

The Winter Warmth Grant provides up to £5,000 towards the cost of repairing or replacing heating systems or installing insulation if you:

  • are over 65 (or under 65 in certain circumstances)
  • have long term health problems or a disability which makes you vulnerable to the cold
