You’ll be charged £14 to replace a lost or damaged season ticket.

You can apply for a replacement season ticket online. You’ll need:
- your vehicle’s registration
- the reason for your replacement
- a debit or credit card
What happens next
Once we’ve received your application for a replacement season ticket, we’ll send it to you within seven days.
