Before you get started
To get a refund for a Pay and Display parking ticket, you’ll need the:
- location of the car park
- date and time you tried to purchase your ticket
- machine's number
What happens next
Once you’ve requested your refund, we’ll:
- see if there was a fault with the ticket machine on the day
- check if there were any overpayments for the ticket machine
