Refund a Pay and Display parking ticket

Use this service to get a refund for a paper Pay and Display ticket when you’ve put money in the machine and haven’t received a ticket.

Before you get started

To get a refund for a Pay and Display parking ticket, you’ll need the:

  • location of the car park
  • date and time you tried to purchase your ticket
  • machine's number

What happens next

Once you’ve requested your refund, we’ll:

  • see if there was a fault with the ticket machine on the day
  • check if there were any overpayments for the ticket machine
