Use this service if you want to make a formal challenge against the Notice to Owner you've received following a parking fine.
Before you get started
You can challenge a Notice to Owner online. You'll need your:
- original parking ticket (Penalty Charge Notice)
- 8 digit penalty charge notice number
- vehicle's registration, make, and colour
What happens next
If your formal challenge isn’t successful, you:
- will receive a Notice of Rejection
- can appeal to the Traffic Tribunal
