We are very sorry to all those affected by delays to waste, recycling and garden collections as the crews get used to new routes and vehicles. We are working with Suez to improve the situation, and we’re providing updates with latest information.
Registering new properties
Chapters in this topic
Before you register
You’ll need to register any properties you build so that:
- post, utilities and other services can be delivered to the new addresses
- you comply with the law
It will normally take up to:
- five working days to register a single property
- six weeks to register a new development of four of more properties
Fees
You’ll need to pay a fee to register a new property. The fee you’ll pay will depend on how many properties you’re registering.
After you’ve registered
Once we’ve received your application to register a new property, we may run a consultation before we progress it.
Consultations can take up to six weeks.
