Registering new properties

Use this service if you’ve already sent us an application to register one or more new properties.
You’ll need to pay:
- a minimum of £180 if you’re registering up to four properties
- £60.50 to register each property of five or more
- £90.75 for each property, up to three properties
£180 includes the cost of registering the first four properties.
Before you get started
You can pay to register one or more properties online. You’ll need:
- the total number of properties you’re registering
- a phone number and email address
- a debit or credit card
What happens next
Once we’ve received your payment, we’ll process your application within five working days.
If your application is successful, we may contact you for more information, including how the development is going to be accessed.
We may also:
- consult with the appropriate parish council, if the properties are within a parish council area
- consult with ward councillors, if the properties aren’t within a parish council area
We won’t run a consultation if the properties don’t require a new road.
We will need to complete the consultations before your application can be granted.
