Five Year Housing Land Supply Statement
Following the latest affordability ratio data for the Council published by the Office for National Statistics on the 25th March 2024, and changes to the NPPF in December 2023, the Council can now demonstrate at a base date of 1 April 2023 5.13 years worth of housing land supply.. Whilst the Councils latest housing land supply calculation supersedes that contained within the Housing Land Supply Position Statement 2023/24, published 6th November 2023 (PDF 8.02MB), the statement still remains relevant as it sets out much of the Council’s methodology for the calculation and the supply and deliverability of sites.
