Five Year Housing Land Supply Statement - November 2025
The 5 year Housing Land Supply Position Statement (PDF 3.68MB) sets out that at the 1 April 2025 the Council can demonstrate 3.97 years worth of housing land supply against the requirements in the National Planning Policy Framework 2024. The position statement includes the Council's 5 years housing land supply methodology, evidence gathering and the phasing and delivery rates of housing sites.
