Get help with your Bins

Use this service if:

  • no one living at your property is able to get the bins to the boundary of your property for collection
  • the circumstances aren’t likely to change

To get help, you’ll need to call our Customer Service Team on 01795 417888. You’ll need:

  • your postcode
  • to tell us where your bin is usually kept

Our contractors will not come into your home or collect rubbish from sheds or garages.

What happens next

Once we’ve spoken to you, we may need you to provide proof of your eligibility for this service, for example information about a claim for certain disability benefits.

If you’re eligible, our contractors will collect and return your bins from an agreed location.

This service will normally last for 12 months.
