Use this service if you’re a resident or business and you have a problem with pests, including rats, mice or ants.

Our contractor will provide you with a quote for work:

• that needs to be carried out outside of office hours
• on industrial or business premises
• involving woodworm, foxes, squirrels, birds, moles or Deathwatch Beetles

Fees

Black ants

You’ll need to pay £34.80 for an ant treatment.

Bed bugs

You’ll need to pay £321 for up to four rooms. If your property is larger, our contractor will provide a survey.

Cockroaches

You’ll need to pay £79.60 for the first six rooms to be treated and £12.40 for each additional room, up to four additional rooms.

Fleas

You’ll need to pay £79.60 for the first six rooms to be treated and £12.40 for each additional room, up to four additional rooms.

Rats

You’ll need to pay £33.60 for each visit to treat rats. There is a minimum of two visits.

Mice

You’ll need to pay £33.60 for each visit to treat mice. There is a minimum of two visits.

You’ll need to pay £68.60 for the first nest that’s treated and £12.40 for each additional nest.
