Use this service to make a payment towards your business rates account using our automated phone system.
Before you get started
You can make a payment towards your business rates account using our automated phone system. You’ll need:
- your business rates account reference number
- a debit or credit card
To make a payment using our automated phone system, you'll need to call our 24 hour automated payment line on 0330 0881702.
What happens next
Once we’ve received your successful payment we’ll send you confirmation of your payment and update your account balance.
