Request a rescore
Use this service if you have made changes to your food hygiene and food standards practices after your last food safety inspection and you want us to inspect your premises again.
You won’t necessarily receive a higher score and your score could go down or stay the same.
You can apply for a rescore as many times as you want but you’ll need to pay for each application.
You’ll need to pay £221 each time your request a rescore.
Before you get started
You can request a rescore online. You’ll need:
- the address of your business, including postcode
- evidence of the improvements you’ve made
- the date of your last inspection
- your existing food hygiene rating
You can also upload photographs of the improvements you’ve made.
What happens next
Once we've received your request, we'll arrange a food safety inspection.
