Food hygiene ratings and safety
Tell us you've made an improvement
Use this service that you’ve taken action following your food hygiene inspection, including things like changes to food handling practices or repairing faulty equipment.
Before your get started
To tell us you’ve taken action following your food hygiene inspection, you will need to download and complete Food Hygiene Rating Scheme Right to Reply form (Word 183kb). You’ll need:
- name and address of the business
- the date of your last inspection
- the rating you received
Once you’ve completed the form, you’ll need to email it the Food and Safety Team as ehadmin@midkent.gov.uk.

What happens next
Once we’ve received your form, we’ll upload your comments to the Food Standard Agency’s Food Hygiene Ratings website, if your request is appropriate.
