You can appeal if we’ve:
- granted your licence but you don’t agree with conditions we’ve attached to it
- revoked or made a change to your licence that you don’t agree with
You’ll need to appeal to a magistrate’s court within 21 days of receiving our decision. You can find one on GOV.UK.
