To apply for a licence, you’ll need to:

• have a recent basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
• apply and pay for your licence online

Fee

You’ll need to pay:

• £250 for a scrap metal collectors licence
• £535 for a scrap metal site licence

Once we’ve received your application and fee, we’ll process it. If your application is successful, we’ll write to you.
