How to apply
Use this service if you’re claiming benefits and you want to apply for Discretionary Housing Payments to help towards your rent.
To apply for DHP, you’ll need to download, complete and return the Discretionary Housing Payments application form. You'll need certain information to complete the form, including personal and financial details.

Once you’ve completed the form, you can return it to us online.
