Ask us to review a decision

Use this service if you’ve applied for Discretionary Housing Payments (DHP), you’ve received a decision and you don’t think it’s right.

If you disagree with our decision, you can ask us to look at it again.

You’ll need to contact us within one month of the date of our decision if you want us to look at our decision again.

To contact us, you can email hbappeals@swale.gov.uk. You’ll need to include the reason you disagree with our decision.
