Use this service to make a request for information under the Environmental Information Regulations
Before making a request please check to see if the information you need has already been made available on the Council’s website.
Before you get started

You’ll need to include:
- your real name and a postal or email address so we can reply to you.
- a clear description of the information being requested.
What happens next
In most cases we will respond in writing within 20 working days of receiving a valid request, however this deadline can be extended to 40 working days where the request is complex, and a large amount of information is required. We’ll contact you if this is the case.
