Replace a lost or damaged season ticket
Use this service if you’ve lost your parking season ticket or it has been damaged and you need a replacement.
You’ll need to pay £12 to replace a lost or damaged season ticket.
Before you get started
To apply for a replacement season ticket, you’ll need to call our Parking Administration Team on 01795 417385 You’ll need:
- your vehicle’s registration
- the reason for your replacement
- a debit or credit card
What happens next
Once we’ve received your application for a replacement season ticket, we’ll send it to you within seven days.
