Return a season ticket
Use this service to return a parking season ticket to use if you don’t need it anymore.
Before you get started
You will need to return your parking season ticket to our Parking Services Team in person at our Swale office.
To return your season ticket to us by post instead, visit our contact us page. We won't be able to issue any refund you're due until we've received it.
What happens next
Once we’ve received your parking season ticket, we’ll:
- cancel it
- issue any refund that you're due
You’ll receive a refund for the time that’s remaining on your season ticket, unless it’s already expired.
We’ll issue any refund in one of the following ways:
- using the bank details you provided when you bought your season ticket
- by cheque within two weeks
