Use this service to change an existing property from either:
- commercial to domestic
- domestic to commercial
You’ll need to pay a fee to complete your application.
Before you get started
To change property type, you’ll need to download, complete and return the application form (PDF 157KB). You’ll need:
- planning permission reference number
- title deeds
Once you've completed your application, you'll need to email it to streetnamingnumbering@midkent.gov.uk.

What happens next
Once you’ve sent your application to us, you’ll need to make a payment before we can process it.
