You’ll need to pay £210 to make change a property type.
Before you get started
You can pay to change a property type online. You’ll need:
- your billing address
- a phone number and email address
- a debit or credit card
What happens next
Once we’ve received your payment, we’ll process your application within five working days.
If your application is successful, we’ll contact certain organisations to update their records, including
- Royal Mail
- our business rates and Council Tax service
- the Valuation Office Agency (VOA)
- Land Registry
