Borden
Borden Parish Council submitted an application to designate the whole parish of Borden as a neighbourhood area on 03 March 2021, with additional information provided on 09 March 2021.
In accordance with Regulation 5A of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), the Council has exercised its powers under section 61G of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to designate the neighbourhood area without consultation.
The parish of Borden is now designated as a neighbourhood area.
The name of the neighbourhood area: Borden Neighbourhood Area.
The name of the relevant body who applied for the designation: Borden Parish Council.
