To ask to speak at a Planning Committee meeting, you’ll need to:
- write to us with the reference number of the planning application you want to speak about
- register to speak
If your request is successful, we’ll send you a letter inviting you to register.
Registering
To register to speak, you’ll need to call our Democratic Services team on 01795 417360 by midday on the day before the meeting takes place.
