Asking to speak
To ask to speak at a Planning Committee meeting, you’ll need to:
- write to us with the reference number of the planning application you want to speak about
- register to speak
If your request is successful, we’ll send you a letter inviting you to register.
Registering
To register to speak, you'll need to contact our Democratic Services team on 01795 417328 or email democraticservices@swale.gov.uk, by midday on the day before the meeting takes place
