Report Concerns about a Tree
Use this service to tell us you’re concerned that a tree could be dangerous.
Before you get started
You can tell us you’re concerned about a tree online. You’ll need:
- your contact detail, including email
- the location of the tree
- description of the issue
What happens next
Once we’ve received your report, we’ll respond:
- within 24 hours if the tree is believe to be dangerous
- within 10 working days if the tree has caused damage, includes dead branches, fungal growth or is infected
- within 1 month if the tree has low hanging branches, ir overgrown, or overhanging
