Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP)

Our Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) is used if the night-time temperature is predicted to fall below zero degrees Celsius. The SWEP provides help if you're sleeping rough.
If you're sleeping rough on the streets, you should contact our Housing Options team by:
- calling 01795 417485, 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm, Monday to Friday
- calling 01795 417711 if you're calling after 5pm, Monday to Friday or at the weekend
