What we don't collect
We won't collect items:
- over 2 metres in length
- can't be safely lifted by up to two people
- contain glass
We won't collect:
- hazardous waste, including paint tins and oil
- gas bottles
- commercial or industrial waste
- car parts and tyres
- plasterboard
- garage and patio doors
- loose garden waste
- pianos or organs
- windows
- electric wheelchairs
- garden rotavators
- glass
- mirrors
- large American-style fridge freezers
- upholstered seating like armchairs or sofas if the padding is exposed

What we do collect
The items must each be no more than 2 metres in length, and be able to be safely lifted by up to two people.
We'll collect:
- bathroom suites
- bed bases, headboards, and mattresses
- armchairs or chairs as long as the padding isn't exposed
- computers
- cupboards, wardrobes, and shelving units
- desks, and drawers
- fencing up to 180cm by 180cm in size
- garden furniture
- loose wood
- rugs and mats
- settees and sofas
- televisions
- white goods, such as washing machine or tumble dryers
- storage heaters, if the bricks have been removed
Any upholstered seating such as armchairs, sofas, and upholstered dining chairs that have exposed foam lining or wadding material must be appropriately re-covered before collection. Strong tape such as duct tape may be used to bind or cover and secure any rips where the insides are exposed.
Upholstered seating will not be taken if the inside material is exposed or not sufficiently covered and no refund will be issued.
