Use this service if you want to use our food advice service by requesting a visit from an Environmental Health Officer.
You'll need to pay £85 per hour for a visit from an Officer. There is a minimum of 2 hours for each visit.

What happens next
Once we've received your payment, we'll contact you within 5 working days to arrange an appointment.
The operator will need to be present when the visit takes place. This could be the owner of the business. You may also need to provide certain documents during our visit but we'll tell you more about this before your appointment.
After your appointment you'll receive a written report which sets out what you need to do to operate successfully.
