You’ll need to visit GOV.UK to apply and pay for a Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) licence.

You’ll need to pay £838.35 for a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) licence. If you’re an accredited landlord, the fee is reduced to £712.55.

What happens next
