Applying for your test
To apply for a street knowledge test (SKT), you’ll need to download, complete and return a form (PDF 337KB) and pay a fee.
Once you’ve completed your application, you’ll need to email it to our Taxi Licensing team at taxis@swale.gov.uk.
Pay the fee
You’ll need to pay £25 to take the SKT. You can pay for your booking online. You’ll need:
- an email address
- a debit or credit card
What happens next
Once we’ve received your application and fee, we’ll process it. If your application is successful, we’ll confirm your test date. It will be based on the next available test date.
