You should call:
- our Customer Services team on 01795 417850 during office hours
- 07795 237479, outside office hours, 17:00 to 21:00 weekdays and 9:00 to 21:00 weekend and Bank Holidays. There is no service on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Easter Sunday.
If you lost your dog near the boundary with another Council, they may have collected it instead.
If you call outside of service hours, an officer will contact you the next working day.
