Tell us you've found a dog

You should call:

• our Customer Services team on 01795 417850 during office hours
• 07795237479 between 5pm and 9pm, weekdays and 9am and 9pm at weekends and on on bank holidays

There is no stray dog service on Christmas Day, 25 December, Boxing Day, 26 December or Easter Sunday.

If you call outside of office hours, an officer will contact you the next working day.

We’ll arrange for the dog to be collected. You shouldn’t feed the dog while you’re waiting.
