Claiming your dog
If your dog has been collected by our warden or is currently at the kennels, you should call:
- our Customer Services team on 01795 417850 between 9am to 5pm Mondays to Thursdays or between 9am to 1pm Fridays
- the out of hours service on 07795 237479 weekdays between 5pm to 9pm or between 9am to 9pm weekends
Reunification times
Dogs that have come into our care can only be reunited at certain times between:
- 9am and 3pm Monday to Thursdays
- 9am and 11am Fridays
- 9am and 12pm weekends
If you call outside of these times, reunification will be organised for the next day.
You may need to pay a fee to claim your dog back.
