Make a payment
Use this service to make a payment for kennelling your dog.
If we've collected your dog between:
- 9am and 4pm Monday to Thursday, you'll need to pay £70
- 9am and 12pm Friday, you'll need to pay £70
- 9am and 12pm Saturday to Sunday, you'll need to pay £82
You'll also need to pay any vet fees while we're looking after your dog.
Kennelling your dog
If we've collected your dog and taken it to the kennels between:
- 9am and 4pm Monday to Thursday, you'll need to pay £136
- 9am and 12pm Friday, you'll need to pay £136
- 9am and 12pm Saturday to Sunday, you'll need to pay £154
You'll also need to pay £27 for each additional day your dog spends in the kennel, up to seven days.
If you don't to pay a fee, we may take legal action to recover it.
Before you get started
You can pay a fee online. You'll need:
- the breed and sex of your dog
- a contact number that the dog warden can use to arrange the return of your dog
Alternatively, call our Customer Service team on 01795 417850 during normal office hours.
What happens next
Once we've received your payment, we'll contact you to make arrangements to collect your dog.
