Make a payment
If we've collected your dog between:
- 9am and 4pm Monday to Thursday, you'll need to pay £67
- 9am and 12pm Friday, you'll need to pay £67
- 9am and 12pm Saturday to Sunday, you'll need to pay £79
You'll also need to pay any vet fees while we're looking after your dog.
Kennelling your dog
If we've collected your dog and taken it to the kennels between:
- 9am and 4pm Monday to Thursday, you'll need to pay £128.50
- 9am and 12pm Friday, you'll need to pay £128.50
- 9am and 12pm Saturday to Sunday, you'll need to pay £140.50
You'll also need to pay £25.50 for each additional day your dog spends in the kennel, up to seven days.
If you don't to pay a fee, we may take legal action to recover it.

You can pay a fee online or alternatively, call our Customer Service team on 01795 417850 during normal office hours.
