Parking Permits


To replace a lost, stolen or damaged permit, you’ll need to call our Customer Service Team on 01795 417850. You’ll need:

  • your permit number
  • your postcode
  • a debit or credit card

You’ll need to pay £10 to replace a permit.

What happens next

If your application is successful, we’ll post your replacement permit to you within seven days.
