Replace
To replace a lost, stolen or damaged permit, you’ll need to call our Customer Service Team on 01795 417385. You’ll need:
- your permit number
- your postcode
- a debit or credit card
You’ll need to pay £10.70 to replace a permit.
What happens next
If your application is successful, we’ll post your replacement permit to you within seven days.
