We’re sorry if you have been affected by delay in the delivery of new garden waste bins. Our contractors have brought in additional resources to catch up on deliveries, and subscriptions will not start until the bins have been delivered.
Introduction to garden waste subscriptions
Use this service if you need us to regularly collect garden waste like grass cuttings and leaves.
You’ll need to subscribe to receive garden waste (brown bin) collections. Once you’re subscribed, you’ll:
- need to pay a fee each year to receive garden waste (brown bin) collections
- receive a garden waste (brown bin) collection each fortnight
You'll receive one garden waste (brown bin) for each subscription.
Once you’re subscribed, you can order extra garden waste collections if you need them. You'll need to pay the garden waste subscription fee for each garden waste bin you order.
