We’re sorry if you have been affected by delay in the delivery of new garden waste bins. Our contractors have brought in additional resources to catch up on deliveries, and subscriptions will not start until the bins have been delivered.
Renew a garden waste subscription
Use this service to renew an existing garden waste subscription.
You'll need to pay £59 to renew your garden waste subscription.
Before you get started
You can renew an existing garden waste subscription online. You’ll need your:
- existing garden waste subscription reference number
- a debit or credit card
You'll need to renew your subscription before the renewal date to continue to receiving collections.
What happens next
Once you’ve renewed your garden waste subscription, we’ll continue to collect your garden waste.
