To apply for an environmental permit, you’ll need to complete an application and pay a fee.
To apply for an environmental permit, you’ll need to email our Environmental Health team at ehadmin@midkent.gov.uk. You’ll need to include:
- the location of your facility
- a description of the activities you’re going to carry out
What happens next
Once we’ve received your application and payment, you'll need to make a payment before we can process it.
When we process your application, we will:
- make an appointment to visit your premises and carry out an inspection
- tell you if you need to advertise your application
- contact you if we need any more information
