Environmental Permits

Make changes

Use this service to make changes to an existing environmental permit, including changes to:

  • any equipment used, the process or the premises
  • the company’s registered office or other details

Before you get started

You'll need to email the Environmental Health Admin team at ehadmin@midkent.gov.uk. You’ll need to include:

  • your permit number
  • a description of what the permit covers
  • the name of permit holder
  • the address and postcode of the organisation that holds the permit

What happens next

Once we’ve received your application, we’ll contact you if:

  • we need any further information
  • there is a fee to be paid, we will let you know what that fee is and how you can pay it
  • we need to make an appointment to visit your premises

Once we've processed your request, we'll Issue you with an amended/revised permit.
