Transfer

You can choose to transfer your environmental permit to someone else.

If an enforcement notice is in place, it will be the responsibility of the person receiving the permit to comply with the notice.

To transfer an environmental permit, you’ll need to email our Environmental Health Administration Team at ehadmin@midkent.gov.uk.

What happens next

We'll send you a form. The existing and new permit holders will need to sign it to confirm that they agree to the transfer. Once you've complete the form, you'll need to email it to our Environmental Health Administration Team.

If your application is successful, we'll aim to transfer your permit within four months of receiving your application.
