Report a fault

Use this service to report a fault with a Council-owned CCTV camera including vandalism.

To report a fault with a CCTV camera that’s not owned by us, you’ll need to report it to the organisation that’s responsible for the camera.

Before you get started

To report a fault with a CCTV camera, you’ll need to contact our customer service team. You'll need to include:

  • the location of CCTV camera
  • a description of the damage

What happens next

Once you’ve reported a fault with a Council-owned CCTV camera, a community safety officer will check the camera and contact you to let you know what action they’ve taken with 5 working days.
