Alcohol
If you’re drinking alcohol and you’re suspected of anti-social behaviour in one of four areas in Swale, an authorised officer, could:
- take your alcohol away
- issue you with a fine
You could also be arrested.
This is enforced by a Public Spaces Protection Order (PDF 629KB).

You’ll receive a Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) of £100 if you don't give an authorised officer your alcohol when asked to.
