Pay your service charge
Use this service if you're receiving support from the rough sleepers’ service and you've have been placed into accommodation.
Before you get started
You can pay your service charge online. You'll need:
- your phone number
- your email address
- your address, including your postcode
- a credit or debit card
- to select 'Rough sleeper service charge (RSI only)' from the form options
The amount you need to pay will be in the latest email from our rough sleepers team.
Alternatively, you can use a PayPoint location to make your payment. Contact our RSI team at reset@swale.gov.uk for a letter which you can use any PayPoint location.
What happens next
Once we've received your payment, you will receive a receipt.
