Make a payment for temporary accommodation
Use this service to pay for temporary accommodation you’ve been placed in by us.
If you’re still in temporary accommodation, we recommend that you make weekly payments towards your rent as your accommodation could change with little notice.
For the amount you need to pay, you should refer to the latest email from our accommodation team.
Alternatively, email our accommodation team at accommodation@swale.gov.uk for a letter which you can use at any PayPoint location.
Before you get started
You can make a payment for temporary accommodation online. You’ll need:
- your phone number
- an email address
- your address, including postcode
- a credit or debit card
What happens next
Once we’ve received your payment for temporary accommodation, we’ll email you a receipt.
