Our offices will be closed this Bank Holiday Monday, 29 May. If your bin is due to be collected, leave it out and we'll collect it as usual.
Disabled parking bays
Tell us someone's parking in a bay
Use this service if you have a disabled parking bay in Sittingbourne, the Isle of Sheppey or Faversham and you have a disabled parking bay that includes signage to tell people who can park there, and people without blue badges keep parking in it.
Before you get started
To tell us about nuisance parking in a disabled parking bay that has signage, you’ll need to email our engineering team at ParkingOperations@maidstone.gov.uk. You'll need to include where the bay is, for example ‘outside 20 High Street’.
For alternative ways to tell us, including by post, you visit our contact us page.
What happens next
Once you’ve told us about nuisance parking in a disabled parking bay, we’ll arrange for enforcement officers to visit the location.
