To ask for advice, you’ll need to download and complete the pre-application advice request form (PDF 172KB).
Once you've completed the pre-application advice form, email it to planningapplications@swale.gov.uk.
What happens next
If you want advice about an application for full or outline planning consent, we may suggest holding a meeting to discuss your proposal.
You’ll need to pay a fee if you attend a meeting.
