When you'll need permission
The planning team are experiencing a high volume of applications and as such we will be reducing officer contact for a trial period of 8 weeks from Monday 6 February.
You can use the Public Access system to view existing planning applications and check progress.
You’ll probably need planning consent if you’re going to:
- building something new
- make changes to an existing property
- change the use of an existing building - for example, a barn into a house
